Hampton Inn Marion

Stayed one night here on a road trip. Customer service was great from the beginning! Room was clean, and parking lot was well lit. Melissa did an awesome job preparing the breakfast and was super nice when I accidentally spilt my drink and needed help cleaning it up. She treated my family like we were old friends and I was a guest at her own house. Super nice! Will definitely stay here again if I pass through the area.

The hotel smelled good when I walked in. It was clean & the front desk staff were very nice. My bed was wonderful, soft & comfortable! Room was clean & neat. BUT, the first thing I noticed upon turning down my covers to get in bed was a hair on the fitted sheet. There was also hair stuck to the shower wall. The one upholstered chair was grungy. Needs cleaning. There is a concrete median (you must park behind) between the entrance to the hotel and the parking lot that has no leeway to the front door so, if you take ur luggage, etc., out of your car in the parking lot, it's a real inconvenience to have to roll (lug) your belongings all the way around that median, across the paved area under the portico, and into the front door. There needs to be a walkway through the median where you can roll your luggage straight to the front door. When I mentioned, (after hauling in my luggage & more from the parking lot) to the young boy working the check-in desk that there needs to be a walkway in the middle of the median because lacking one is a real inconvenience to the customer, he just threw up his hands like, Oh well! A better response would have been, I'm sorry you're having trouble, (either) let me help you, or I'll be sure to pass this along to my manager, maybe she/he can pass this information to someone higher up. The shower spray was so spread out, it was hard to get rinsed off. The showerhead had different spray options, but it was stuck in that one position, so it took me forever to rinse off. The hot water felt wonderful, though. Woke me right up. I didn't stay for breakfast so I've no idea on that. Overall, all I needed was a bed for the night and this room sufficed.

Very clean and comfortable. The young man at the front desk, wish I had gotten his name, was super nice and even gave us recommendations for NM as we told him we were traveling to AZ. Definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of food nearby.

Great service upon checking in. Staff was super nice and friendly! Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and decent water pressure. Breakfast was good as well. Recomend if in the area.

We've stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels, but this was among our nicest stays ever. We were welcome by a helpful and friendly front desk agent. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The AC unit, bathroom fan, and refrigerator all worked well and were more quiet than usual. The breakfast area was well-organized, and the food was great. The staff were helpful when we had a question about ingredients. The Tackers Shake Shack nearby had terrific burgers and shakes. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit, so I was less nervous leaving our car packed tight for our road trip. Great alternative to those not wanting to stay in West Memphis.

This is one of the nicer Hampton Inns. DirecTV in the rooms with hundreds of channels. The room and the bed were comfortable. I asked how old the hotel was and was told it was nine years old. I thought the place was relatively new. They have taken great care of it. There were a handful of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. All hotel staff we encountered were very friendly.

Traveling as a family with our 5 and 3 year old, this was a nice stop on our road trip. Room was spacious and clean, and front desk staff were helpful in making sure we had enough sheets, pillows, etc. The digital key was not working, so I had to request a card. Also, our room faced the highway so every once and a while we could hear a loud truck or motorcycle. Overall a decent stay.

Front desk agent who checked us in was so sweet and made our night of getting a flat tire into a much better ending.
